These Terms govern your access to and use of Scrapbooking Courses, including any content, features, and purchases. Please read carefully.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You agree to keep your information accurate, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Provide accurate information and update it as needed.
- Use strong passwords and do not share your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Purchases
If you purchase a course, template, or other digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout or in the product description.
Allowed
- View and complete lessons for your personal learning.
- Create personal projects using provided materials.
- Download resources for personal offline access (where available).
Not allowed
- Share, resell, or redistribute course files.
- Upload materials to public repositories or group drives.
- Remove copyright notices or watermarks.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the services responsibly and lawfully. You must not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
- No infringement, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful activity.
- No attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the platform.
- No distribution of malware, phishing, or harmful code.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting access, or suspending accounts, consistent with applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, templates, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you, we reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law or specifically allowed in the product license.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the services.
Maximum liability
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a greater limitation is required by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by additional notices. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
